Thermal Imager "Thermtec Ventus 650L"
Thermtec introduces its first multispectral binoculars in the Ventus series. The device combines a clear thermal image with an optical 4K resolution day and night vision channel, which can replace conventional binoculars during the day. An emphasis on ergonomics allows for image focusing with two knobs, enabling direct adjustment of each channel. The main functions are controlled by four buttons, and menu navigation is done with a zoom wheel.
A distinctive advantage is the 850 nm / 940 nm switchable infrared illuminator, allowing a choice between discreet (940 nm) close-range observation or more powerful (850 nm) long-range observation. The thermal imager's algorithm has been improved to minimize image quality loss during zooming. The "picture-in-picture" function allows simultaneous viewing of a wide thermal image overview and a detailed night vision image. The device features effective image stabilization, and two replaceable 18650 batteries provide up to 6 hours of operating time. A proximity sensor automatically activates standby mode when the device is removed from the eyes, thus saving energy.
